Our Planning Process
You can fully trust our established process to guide you through every step of planning your incredible day. Our team is here to serve you from start to finish to ensure the success of your event.
After you have submitted our Event Inquiry form, you will received a warm phone call from our Event Coordinator to go over details and set up your Private Venue Tour.
This is an in-person walk through allowing you to feel the space and envision your event here. We will sit down with you to answer all of your questions and go over our services in detail.
Initial planning &
Our space, your vision.
We'll identify your budget, guest count and must-haves, and discuss how we can tie them all together. We want your wedding day to be all that you have envisioned and more.
final details appointments/calls
We'll continue to touch base monthly (or at a frequency you're comfortable with) whether it be by appointment,
phone call or email.
